Vall de Ebo is a small farming community of Moorish origins located in one of the most inaccessible areas of the inland Marina Alta. In Moorish times the area was depopulated, however, all that is left from this period are the place names and a few remains: Benicais, Serra, Benisuai, Millans, Cairola, Benesseit and La Solana. Its topographic features ensure that the Vall de Ebo is a favoured place for lovers of high-risk sports as it includes one of the most interesting gorges of the entire Valencia region: the L'Infern Ravine. The recently opened Rull caves can also be visited.
